Dashboard
Dashboard is your complete command center to manage your call, SMS, conferences and all related aspects. The simplest way to make calls and send SMS is to type the number and clicking on one of the icons as seen below.

Read on for more information.
- Make Calls
Calls can be made from multiple places in the dashboard. Calls can be placed in two different ways:
From the Browser Directly - Flash Call
Call directly from the browser without having to download or install anything.- When you click on
icon, you should see TringPhone, a fully web-based phone show up in the dashboard - Pop-up of "Browser-based call" will appear on your screen where you can dial the desired number.
- Click on the 'allow' button so that the phone can use the system microphone
- If you have credits in your account, you should hear the destination end ring and once answered, talk as much as you wish

You will see the Flash call
icon in several places on the dashboard to make it easy for you to place a call right from that location.Using Callback
Callback calls are a simple way to activate the call from web but use a phone to carry out the conversation. Just enter your number as the source number and your friends number as the destination number talking.- When you click on
icon, a popup will show up - Specify the source and destination numbers and click on the Call Now button.
- If you wish to schedule the call for later, specify a time and click on "Schedule Later" button.
You will see the Callback call
icon in several places on the dashboard to make it easy for you to place a call right from that location.
- When you click on
- Send SMS
SMS can be sent to worldwide destinations from your web-browser. All you need to do is to type the destination number and your message and it will be sent to the specified destination.
- Just click on
icon to send SMS. - A popup of "SMS" will appear on your screen where you can enter the destination number and your message you want to send.
- Click on "Send SMS" button and you are done.

- Schedule Conferences
Conferencing is easy from any part of the world using TringMe. Conferences can be scheduled, attended from PC, mobile devices with just a single click. No need to remember PINs or even dial-into the conference; the system will automatically call all the parties and joins them in the conferences.
- Just click on
icon to schedule a conference. - Add participants by typing the contact names, phone numbers or by selecting the contacts from the dashboard page. If a contact does not exist, you can also type the phone numbers to add to the list of invitees.
- Click on "Conference Now" button or schedule it at a later time as you wish.
- Once the conference is scheduled, the system will automatically call everyone and join them in the conference bridge

- Just click on
- Send Mass SMS and Schedule Bulk Calls
Whether you wish to send SMS to all your friends or just want to broadcast a voice message, you can do it easily from the dashboard
- Select the contacts you wish to broadcast to and then click on
icon to schedule a bulk SMS or
icon to schedule a bulk call. - Add participants by typing the contact names, phone numbers or by selecting the contacts from the dashboard page. If a contact does not exist, you can also type the phone numbers to add to the list of invitees.
- Click on the "Call Now" or "Send SMS" button as appropriate.
- Select the contacts you wish to broadcast to and then click on
- Manage Contacts
For your convenience, you can now save contacts directly from the dashboard and then just call or SMS them using just a click
- Contacts can be added by clicking on
icon. - In the Add Contact form, fill the necessary contact information and click on "Save Contact".
- After saving the contacts, you can type desired name or number in the search bar and call from there directly OR ...
- Either select or just point the cursor over the desired name or number from saved contacts and choose the action you wish to take.
- You will also find add, edit and delete option available on the detailed contact panel on the right side to manage contacts. You can initiate calls and send SMS directly from the detailed contact panel as well.
- Contacts can be added by clicking on
- Manage Account (Caller-Id, Credits, Rates and more ..)
On the left top of dashboard page, you will find an area that contains your account information.
- To set the caller-id, just click on the caller-id area. Once you set the caller-id, all your calls and SMS will bear your number as the caller-id.
- To buy credits, click on the "Buy Now" button and follow steps from thereon.
- Rates for worldwide destinations can be checked right from there as well.
- Make Calls

Installation & Login
- Visit http://bb.tringme.com from your BlackBerry device to download the application.
- Install and run the application. It will automatically log you in. If you are an existing user, it will ask you for password.
- The application will automatically determine the best available connectivity (WiFi, 3G, 2G) and initiate the signup/login process.
- You can then customize your 'Phone Number' and 'Ringtone' here or via Options screen later
Main Screen - Dashboard
- Once you are logged in, you will see this dashboard screen with your TringMe phone number. You can customize your TringMe phone number via the Options screen.
- Green bar on the top indicates you are online and red indicates that you are offline
- From this screen, you can easily make calls, view contacts, send messages, conference and place chitchat calls by clicking appropriate icons.
Calls
- Once you are in the call screen, you will see all your contacts
- All online contacts are shown in green. Calls to all online contacts are FREE!
- Offline contacts are shown in red
- If you wish to add a contact, add them using Blackberry's contact book and you will see it here.
- To make a call, highlight the contact and press call button.
- You can also type the number and then press call button to make a call
- Enjoy unlimited calls around the world without paying anything!


Messaging
- Just like calls, you can send messages for FREE to other TringMe users.
- If the person you are sending a message to is online, they will get the message immediately. If they are offline, they will receive it when they come online.
- Send messages to your friends and family for no cost!

Chit-Chat
- Try chit-chat calls with other TringMe users, either in your area or around the world
- Just click on the chit-chat icon and you will be automatically connected to other TringMe user
- Just like calls and messaging, chit-chat calls are also FREE!

To use:
- Login - You should see TringPhone, a fully web-based phone ready to use in your Dashboard.
- Dial the desired number to make the call.

- If you want to make calls via your SIP server, please note that you will need to update the "SIP Settings" that contain the SIP/VoIP provider parameters.

- Easily keep tabs on charges and call records.

- Add tringmegtalk@gmail.com is added as a friend in your Gtalk.
- Making Calls - To make a call, all you need to do is send a message - call <number>. . For e.g. call 18585551212 would initiate a call to 1-858-555-1212. In this case, TringMe will call you on Gtalk and you will be connected to the destination number.
- Sending SMS - To send an SMS, merely type "sms <number> <message body>". If you prefer to send a message to someone using their TringMe email address, then type "sms <email address> <message body>".
- You can check balance, buy credits, make callback calls and more from Gtalk. For more options, type <help> in the message window and send.

Publish your Click-2-Call widgets on any websites of your choice so that the visitors can merely click the widget and talk to you.
- How to create your Click-2-Call widgets?
- Click on the Widgets link from the dashboard and create a new widget inside Click-2-Call Widget tab.
- You can specify the text to be displayed on the widget, colors, background image, call button design and help text to be used. Essentially, use the available options to brand your widget.
- Most importantly, specify how you would like to be reached when someone clicks on the widget
- If you would like to receive a phone calls on your landline or cell-phone, then select the "Phone" option and specify the appropriate landline or cell-phone number.
- If you prefer to receive calls on Gtalk, then select "Gtalk" option and specify the Gtalk ID where TringMe should reach you. Please note that you will need to add "tringmegtalk@gmail.com" as a your friend in Gtalk to receive calls and voicemails on Gtalk.
- If you prefer to stay reachable by your SIP phone, then select "VOIP/SIP". This is a very flexible option since:
- If you want to be reached via your VoIP/SIP provider, then enter phone number and your VoIP provider settings. Your calls and voicemails will then be forwarded worldwide using the same.
- Alternately, you can provide your own SIP server settings and the calls will land onto your SIP server so that you can control the call-flow from thereon for maximum convenience.
Please note that you will need to update the "SIP Settings" that contain the SIP/VoIP provider parameters.
- If you prefer to be reached "offline" (i.e. be notified of your voicemail in an offline manner), then select "E-mail" and provide an email wherein a mail containing your voicemail will be sent to you
- To publish the widgets, all you need to do is copy the few lines of HTML code that is generated once you save the widget and paste it on the website of your choice. You can also have the code emailed to you so that you can use it later if you wish.
- This is the easiest way to stay voice connected from the web - always!
- How to customize your Click-2-Call widgets?
You can create a Click-2-Call widget using the default settings or by making changes to css.
- The default Click-2-Call widget with name as 'Call Me' looks like :
- A simple demonstration of Click-2-Call widget with no help-text, widget name and call text in orange color is shown below :
- Now you can makes changes in css to make your widget customized, below is an example of customized widget.
- The css style for the above widget is given below. You can implement these these styles in your code also.

List of Div Id's that can be customized and their description.
- tringmec2c_c2c : This is the main div of the widget which contains the background image. You can also set the width and other styles of the widget according to your need.
- tringmec2c_c2cform : This is the id of the form that contains other div's. So style of this form id can also be customized
- tringmec2c_top : This div contains input element.
- tringmec2c_bottom : This div contains three more div's - tringmec2c_quote, tringmec2c_callbutton, tringmec2c_callmsg. So the style elements can be applied on this div.
- tringmec2c_c2csrc : This is the input area where phone number is entered. This can be customized in several ways using this div.
- tringmec2c_msg : This div shows the error messages or the call completion messages. So you can also apply styles on these messages.
- tringmec2c_wname : This div contains the name of the widget on the top. It can be styled as needed.
- tringmec2c_quote : This div id contains the qoute or the help text just below the input area.
- tringmec2c_callbutton : This is the id of the call button. So styles can be applied on this id.
- How to create your Click-2-Call widgets?

Publish your Push-N-Talk widgets on any websites of your choice so that the visitors can merely push the widget and talk to you.
- Click on the Push-N-Talk Widgets link from the dashboard and create a new widget.
- You can specify the text to be displayed on the widget, colors to be used. Essentially, use the available options to brand your widget.
